Title: Associate, Direct Mail Marketing

Role Description:
Oak Street Health is seeking a full-time Marketing Associate to plan, execute, and optimize direct mail campaigns. This role will act as the direct mail channel lead and partner with the CRM team to create connected journeys that support our on-going patient acquisition, engagement and retention efforts. Although this position will be primarily responsible for direct mail, it also offers exposure to CRM marketing data and marketing automation campaigns that include channels like email, SMS, and phone calls/voice.
Core Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing the planning, execution and subsequent analysis of direct mail marketing campaigns
• Partner with direct mail vendor to identify target audience and manage lists
• Design, develop, and deploy direct mail assets
• Monitor delivery and campaign performance to inform stakeholders, generate insights, and proactively identify optimization opportunities to improve total conversion and overall cost-effectiveness
• Develop A/B testing strategies to improve campaign messaging and cadence that drive increased qualification and conversion of new prospects to patients
• Identify opportunities to innovate with direct marketing programs, including triggered automation and personalization
• Other duties as assigned

What are we looking for?

• 4+ years marketing experience
• Experience developing highly effective direct mail campaigns, preferably in healthcare
• Passionate about improving the patient experience
• Knowledge of data privacy laws including HIPAA, CCPA
• Understanding of direct mail performance and operational metrics
• Strong project management and communication skills
• US work authorization
