As an ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR, supporting the REGULATORY AFFAIRS TEAM, you will be trusted with leading the labeling strategy, development and implementation for medical devices and pharmaceuticals, vitamins and cosmetics at our FORT WORTH MAIN FACILITY at FORT WORTH, TEXAS, (US).

In this role, a typical day will include:

• Leads close collaboration with internal stakeholders and supports multiple labeling projects.
• Executes non-project related labeling "regulatory excellence" activities.
• Provides Assessments of changing regulations and guidance, identifies any needed changes to internal policies and processes.
• Provides solutions to labeling regulatory issues and has the freedom to act independently to execute.
• Provides labeling leadership, ensuring quality labeling support for assigned products/projects.
• Represents the labeling organization as the primary internal contact on key labeling issues.
• Develops labeling packages that are clear, concise and complete to facilitate reviews/approvals.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON:

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +15 yrs; Assoc.+11 yrs; M.S.+4 yrs; PhD+3 yrs)
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
• 7 Years of Relevant Experience
• 5 Years of Demonstrated Leadership
• Work hours: 1st Shift - Monday through Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Travel Requirements: 0 to 10%
