Summary
RTX and Pratt & Whitney are embarking on a major ERP transformation journey. Our Commercial Aftermarket Organization (AMO) is looking for a change agent, who can represent all P&W [aftermarket] Engine Centers, Repair Centers, and Business functions on the upgrade of SAP across our business unit. This Leader will need to understand, articulate, and represent AMO's use cases, needs/criteria, and overall outcomes, and is empowered to serve as the decision maker for the AMO organization. Major deliverables include identifying required customizations, coordinating with AMO and Digital Technologies (DT) subject matter experts to blueprint, driving simplification workshops to achieve a global template design, and ultimately, driving an effective upgrade of SAP across AMO.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead SAP / S4 upgrade for Commercial Aftermarket Organization (AMO)
- Partner closely with P&W Engine Centers (ECs), Repair/Designated Service Providers (DSPs), and AMO Business functions (Supply Chain, Customer Service, etc.) to understand use cases / user stories for SAP
- Coordinate with SAP, operational, and business process SMEs across AMO business; provide input during SAP/S4 blueprinting
- Identify required S4 customizations, document business case(s), and execute approval process; focus on minimizing customizations
- Own and act as final AMO decision maker for SAP / S4 upgrade; escalate to Steering Committee / Program Leadership, when necessary
- Partner, ensure alignment with Military and Pratt & Whitney Canada Aftermarket Organizations across core business processes to standardize and unify, where possible, during S4 implementation
- Partner with DT; oversee the execution of the SAP upgrade across the P&W ECs & DSPs to meet established targets and timelines. Ensure achievement of KPI's, while minimizing the operational impacts to the ECs and DSPs
- Develop and implement continuous improvement plans and drive efficiency in project pilots, overall execution, and "read-across" efforts; create the playbook for ECs and DSPs
- Lead global team (North America & APAC) of ~3-5 direct reports
- Travel expected: 25-50%
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Operations / Business Management or STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics)
- 12+ years of industry experience, preferably in aftermarket operations (specifically aircraft engine maintenance, repair, and/or overhaul); OR Advanced Degree and 10+ years of relevant experience
- Extensive Project Management experience, including leading cross-functional teams on large-scale efforts across multiple business units
- 6+ years of SAP user experience
- 4+ years of leadership experience, managing a team of direct-reports
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP "super-user" or expert user, S/4 HANA experience preferred
- Experience working with or within large-scale technology implementation projects
- Strategic Leadership experience
- Project Management certification (PMP)
- Digital Technologies implementation experience
- Ability to build relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Ability to influence without authority
