ABOUT THE FLOCK
Join our Patient Supply team and be an integral part in delivering for our patients to give them more bluebird days! We are seeking a highly agile and knowledgeable Associate Director to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and driving functional initiatives initiated to support our business needs. While you may not be an expert you will collaborate with subject matter experts to understand challenges, be solutions-orientated, and guide to resolution. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, excel in relationship building, have a thirst for learning, and embrace challenges with enthusiasm. You will be in Apheresis Operations and a member of Patient Supply, providing crucial support in driving the continuous growth, development, and establishment of the Patient Supply organization within the company.

HOW YOU’LL FLY
You'll help to bring more patients their bluebird days by:Â
- Adapting and flexibly responding to the ever-changing focus, scope, and content of the role, which will continuously shift depending on the initiatives and challenges that require immediate business attention.
- Taking the lead in driving functional initiatives from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with project objectives, timelines, and budget, as well as contributing to the achievement of overall organizational goals.
- Collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of challenges and opportunities associated with each initiative; building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to foster support for the initiatives.
- Coordinating resources and facilitating cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication, task allocation, and progress tracking.
- Monitoring and reporting on the progress of initiatives, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may impact successful delivery.
- Collaborating closely with the Director of Apheresis Operations to ensure alignment and drive towards the overall company goals, fostering a culture of cross-functional collaboration and synergistic achievement.
- Taking an active role in strategic planning and decision-making processes, providing valuable insights and recommendations to support Patient Supply's vision and objectives.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING
You’re the bird we’re looking for if you have:Â
- Bachelor's degree or the combination of education and business experience required, with a minimum of 5 years in healthcare, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical supply chain.
- Expertise with cell & gene therapy preferred
- Proven experience in project management, leading cross-functional initiatives, and driving them to successful completion.
- Experience with vendor management, and overseeing associated contracts.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to quickly grasp complex concepts and navigate through challenges.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, willing to take ownership and initiative to overcome obstacles and deliver results.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
Compensation & BenefitsÂ
We offer a total compensation and rewards package that ranks among the best in our industry. Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The anticipated annualized salary range for this role is $185,000 - $228,000. Your base pay will be determined based on several factors including market data, demonstrated skills, relevant education or training, experience, qualifications, internal equity, and travel requirements. Our overall package also includes eligibility for stock, incentive bonuses, and benefit programs, a flexible time off program, as well as paid holidays, bluebird days, and a holiday shutdown in December.Â
