What You’ll Do:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Associate Account Director, Client Services to join ATTN:’s Creative Agency. Reporting into the Director, Client Services, you will be responsible for the productivity and effectiveness of the day-to-day program.Your leadership is pivotal to the successful development and execution of daily content to launch a client’s channel on a major social platform. The successful candidate will serve as the lead internal point of contact for the project, juggling multiple client stakeholders with ease while building upon past experience in the social space. 

• Close collaboration with members of Creative, Strategy and Production to kick off and successfully see campaign through to completion
• Work alongside the Project Manager to build a ground-up approach to fulfill client objectives, ensuring internal teams are working seamlessly to bring the vision to life
• Guide communication with mid-level brand clients/partners to ensure feedback is received and addressed accurately, and that high-value campaigns are meeting both brand and ATTN: goals
• Collaborate with creative and internal stakeholders on all consultative efforts (social strategy, optimization approach, content themes, etc.) 
• Act as a trusted, subject matter expert to both internal and external partners by providing strategic guidance on creative deliverables, client communications, positioning the company, etc.
• Keep a constant pulse on industry trends, latest campaign offerings, and platform capabilities

Ideal Candidate has:

• 6+ years of experience building strong client relationships at a creative agency
• Extensive familiarity with social brand campaigns, community strategy & management and both creator and celebrity partnerships
• Proven track record of driving social platform growth for a client’s handle/new channel
• Experience with campaign optimization, synthesizing data and guiding strategic decision-making to lead client to optimal KPIs and ROI
• Experience working with creator talent to achieve best in class content on emerging platforms
• Thrives in an autonomous setting and excels at charting new waters to ensure success
• An entrepreneurial mindset, and willingness to work cross-functionally and wear multiple hats
• Fluent in social media, organic and paid, and up to speed on the latest trends and offerings on emerging platforms
• Excellent presentation skills and experience pitching creative work, effectively defending the creative vision while remaining an advocate for both client and agency
• Appreciation for team-based work that requires a consistently even-keeled attitude and solutions-oriented mindset
• Keen research skills to be able to identify trends and become an expert in client's specific industry

Compensation:

This position has an estimated annual salary range of $110,000 to $150,000. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to demonstrated skill set, years and depth of relevant experience, and some role-dependent factors.
