Associate Director Deployment & Business Readiness - ACE

As an Associate Director Deployment & Business Readiness, you will help us in ensuring the business is ready to implement and successfully deploy and onboard customers to all ACE digital tools. They will work alongside other ACE deployment leads, product owners, and business stakeholders both internally and externally to advance Alcon's digital footprint. In this role, a typical day will include:

• Design and manage a process to support critical business readiness and deployment activities of Change Management, Customer Care, KPIs, reporting and Onboarding/Adoption of digital tools.
• Document lessons learned to promote agile deployment of tools and maintain all relevant documents.
• Co-develop deployment strategy, training materials and product playbooks in conjunction with product team
• Create and execute operational project PLA

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON:

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +15 yrs; Assoc.+11 yrs; M.S.+4 yrs; PhD+3 yrs)
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
• 7 Years of Relevant Experience
• 5 Years of Demonstrated Leadership

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Experience in surgical industry
• In-depth knowledge in NA Business Process, SAP, Supply Chain, and Salesforce
• Proficient in the deployment of new processes
