Consultant Digital P2P Platform Development

Lilly USA, LLC is seeking a Consultant Digital P2P Platform Development to join our team in Indianapolis, IN.

Serve as a centralized strategic point supporting all Lilly USA brands on next generation digital Peer to Peer (P2P) experiences for customers, including Lilly Play and other digital platforms as well as national webinar and related engagements to provide promotional content and disease education via peer exchanges digitally. Work with all Lilly USA brand teams, IDS, Omnichannel, Operations and key suppliers and other content and program logistics third parties on process improvements for internal development and approval of relevant tactics and drivers. Craft and update strategic vision for innovation of digital P2P-related tactics. Optimize Lilly Play for the US market's needs and its long term plan. Responsible for ongoing platform development maintenance. Drive best practice sharing across brand and sales sleeves for Lilly Play. Establish metrics for Lilly Play and coordinate with relevant IDS and Operations partners to deliver reporting formats at the brand and senior leadership levels. Facilitate integration of Lilly Play with Next Best Action/Next Best Engagement execution. Coordination with EWI team on how best to complement brand.com efforts. Telecommuting permitted, must reside with Indianapolis metro area, reports to 1500 S. Harding Street, Indianapolis, IN 46221. Less than 10% travel required to attend conferences or for training. Job Requirements

Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computational Science, Business Administration, or related field and 3 yrs experience in pharmaceutical industry.

Also must have work experience in:

  • Data and business analytics including machine learning, data analysis, and its business impact;
  • video tactics, planning, and production for pharmaceutical products;
  • promotion and marketing of pharmaceutical products in accordance with the FDA regulations;
  • presentations of marketing and promotion platform to higher management;
  • detailed quality procedures for marketing of pharmaceutical products;
  • Continuous improvement process, and organizational change needed to systematically increase quality at a company level; and
  • hands-on experience in information technology, including coding, algorithms, and recurrent programming, as well as experience with finance, accounting, and management concepts in the context of IT needs for a business.
