As an Associate Director of IT Programs supporting IT infrastructure, you will be trusted to work on implementing and modifying IT projects from our Fort Worth, TX location. In this role, a typical day will include:

• Preparing project execution plans and identifying appropriate technical and business resources needed for the team.
• Provide technical and analytical guidance to project team. Collaborates with partners and vendors to ensure requirements are met, analyze risks, provide issue resolutions and implement changes.
• Leading overall project spend and maintaining the operational budget for the organization.
• Ensuring alignment to quality standards and review of project scope.
• Analyzing and documenting requirements by collaborating closely with a range of users in the organization.
• Leading all aspects of a remote team of project managers and financial analysts.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON:

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +15 yrs; Assoc.+11 yrs; M.S.+4 yrs; PhD+3 yrs)
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
• 7 Years of Relevant Experience
• 5 Years of Demonstrated Leadership
