As an Associate Director, Marketing Development and Advisory Boards supporting the Pharmaceutical franchise, you will be trusted to own the implementation of HCP engagement tools such as CASE Planner and ALEX systems while partnering with brand teams, product teams and franchise leadership in the development of the overall Pharma KOL strategic and tactical plan aligned with franchise priorities in our Fort Worth, TX headquarters. In this role, a typical day will include:

• Establishing and influencing a team of key partners across MEMS, Compliance, Legal, Global Marketing.
• Building functional expertise and core business capabilities.
• Developing and leading strategic planning efforts to best support the franchise or function vision and roadmap through supporting activities.
• Building and maintaining internal and/or external networks.
• Providing input and mentorship to the US Marketing Team in development and maintenance of the KOL strategy for each brand/indication.
• Identifying and interpreting key trends in attendance demographics and new HCPs who are rising in influence, to drive vital focus and innovation for business growth.
• Devising and implementing strategies for key MD and OD opinion leader marketing that support the messaging and tactics of priority brand plans.
• Providing insights to identifying new opinion leaders, developing and leading thought leaders in terms of their influence.
• Developing the overall leader with vision strategies for franchise while maintaining a D&I focus.
• Enhancing analytical skills to review critical metrics regarding KOL utilization, budget planning and tracking.

Key Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +18 yrs; Assoc.+14 yrs; M.S.+7 yrs; PhD+6 yrs)
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
• 10 Years of Relevant Experience
• 6 Years of Demonstrated Leadership
• Travel Requirements: Up to 15% Domestic & International

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON:

• Prior experience in Sales leadership, Process management, Operations Management and Execution Project Management
• Experience leading large and/or diverse multi-functional teams
