This role offers a strategic leadership opportunity in marketing for precision oncology programs, focusing on preparing high-impact RAS-targeted therapies for market launch. You will lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive awareness, adoption, and engagement among healthcare providers, patients, and key stakeholders. Acting as a trusted commercial advisor, you will translate complex clinical and market insights into actionable initiatives while overseeing agency partners and promotional activities. The position requires a combination of analytical rigor, creativity, and executive presence to influence both internal and external audiences. By shaping brand and launch strategies, you will have a direct impact on patient outcomes and business success in a rapidly evolving oncology landscape.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead the development of strategic marketing plans and launch strategies for oncology programs, aligning initiatives with overall brand and portfolio goals.
  • Serve as a commercial ambassador, establishing credibility with healthcare providers, key opinion leaders, patients, and market access stakeholders.
  • Guide cross-functional teams in the creation of promotional materials and omnichannel campaigns targeted to diverse customer segments.
  • Partner with analytics and insights teams to inform segmentation, channel strategies, and performance metrics, ensuring initiatives are data-driven.
  • Manage agency relationships, workflows, and budgets to ensure high-quality, compliant, and effective marketing deliverables.
  • Monitor competitive and market dynamics, adapting marketing strategies to optimize stakeholder engagement and business impact.
  • Lead launch readiness initiatives and coordinate cross-functional workstreams to ensure successful program execution.
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
    • Minimum of 10 years of progressive commercial experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical marketing, including strategic and omnichannel marketing.
    • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective marketing initiatives and launch strategies.
    • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functionally and manage complex projects.
    • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities to translate insights into innovative marketing solutions.
    • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, with a professional, proactive demeanor.
    • Entrepreneurial mindset with tolerance for ambiguity and a passion for improving patient outcomes.
    • Preferred: experience with targeted oncology products, launch experience, and exposure to fast-growing or smaller companies.
