Associate Director of Away From Home (Foodservice) Innovation Activation & ESG

Job Description
The Role
Working within the Global Away From Home (Foodservice) Capabilities Team you will be accountable for:

• Identifying successful packaging and product innovation at a country level across our KH AFH business and build go to market strategy to scale globally.
• Support lift and launch model to drive local to global for scalable initiatives.

• Lead commercial input into our cross functional team developing our packaging of the future. Ensure our packaging innovation pipeline delivers against our customer and consumer needs whilst meeting our ESG commitments and legislative changes. Using insight tools and our Chef Network to build optimum GTM strategy for AFH product and packaging innovation at a global level to be implemented locally. Define what great looks like and build the capabilities to execute with excellence across local markets.
• Share best practices and findings globally. Fuel continuous learning.
• Track and measure key initiatives across Innovation, ESG & Packaging projects to deliver against growth and brand objectives.

Experience Required

• Experience in crafting and validating multiyear innovation strategy focused on building value against customer and consumer needs.
• Ability to synthesize data into insights to build compelling business cases.
• Entrepreneurial mindset. Experience and abilities in Sales, consumer marketing, new product ideas and trends.
• Commercial foresight and compote.
• Strong communication skills to listen, understand and influence senior team members.
• Skills to be able to simplify and understand complex legislative changes.
• Ability to work in partnership with multiple internal functions.
• Ability to Influence senior commercials collaborators.

KPI's

• AFH NSV GP & Market Share.
• AFH Strategy plan to deliver 3 YP & 10 YS. Ensuring plan includes 5% of NSV is delivered through Innovation.
• Compliance to KH ESG commitments as outlined in our annual ESG report.
