Job Description Summary

The Medication Management Solutions (MMS) U.S. Region Associate Director of Business Intelligence and Analytics will be a hybrid role responsible for leading a team of analytics professionals in partnership across sales and marketing functions to drive strategy and decision making for all levels of the organization. Some of the key areas this role supports are pipeline and forecast, book of business data management, SFDC system, process and data management and aggregation and presentation of insights from the field. In addition, this role collaborates closely with the finance function and service organization to ensure consistent, impactful insights are available across the commercial organization. The Associate Director is an analytics expert and will lead the MMS US sales and marketing organizations in the journey towards the discipline of measurement and insights for their marketing efforts.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish governance model with key stakeholders across the organization, including development intake, insight and roadmap review, and capacity planning
• Through agile methodology, lead customer segmentation, competitive data, product launch, velocity, predictive risk assessment, M&A data integration, and opportunity analytics development
• Lead SFDC ongoing optimization and solutions build, driving efforts on pipeline, forecasting, and revenue analytics
• Support key mechanisms, such as QBRs and annual, strategic planning with data and insights
• Continuous improvement on management of the MMS US book of business, including segmentation, contract timing, data visualization and aggregation of various data sources

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• BS / BA in business, marketing, business analytics, MBA Preferred
• 7 or more years of experience in an analytics role, preferably in the medical device / pharma industry - could be inclusive of experience in Commercial Management, Analytics, Marketing or Sales Operations.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• Experience developing and implementing analytics to support across commercial teams, influencing others and driving change management
• Strong interpersonal skills including ability to communicate complex ideas and use networks to acquire relevant information.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in driving analytics strategy, including governance with key stakeholders
• Proven ability to adapt and manage effectively in fast paced challenging environment and manage multiple, and oftentimes competing, priorities.
• Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal - and active listening skills. Experience with presenting to senior level leadership.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage understand data.
• Experience with continuous process improvement or agile process a plus.

Salary Range Information

$144,300.00 - $238,100.00
