The Crown Is Yours
As the Associate Director of Fraud Product, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the strategic direction of our company's fraud detection and prevention products. Your primary responsibility will be to lead alongside the VP of fraud Operations, a dedicated team of product managers, engineers, and analysts to develop, enhance, and maintain innovative fraud prevention solutions.
What you'll do as an Associate Director of Fraud Product
- Product Strategy: Develop and refine the overall product strategy for fraud detection and prevention, aligning it with the company's goals.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead alongside the VP of Fraud Operations a high-performing team of product managers, engineers, and analysts. Provide clear direction, mentorship, and opportunities for growth to team members.
- Product Development: Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch. Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive intelligence to identify new opportunities and threats. Translate market insights into actionable product enhancements.
- Customer Focus: Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and feedback related to fraud prevention. Champion the voice of the customer throughout the product development process, especially when dealing with corrective actions when customers are deemed at risk.
- Product Roadmap: Define and communicate a clear product roadmap, prioritizing features and improvements based on business objectives and customer feedback.
- Financial Management: Ensure you keep up to date with the impact that fraud has on business profitability and take action to reduce the risk to the business.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, to ensure successful product launches and ongoing customer support.
- Compliance and Security: Ensure that the fraud product complies with relevant regulations and industry standards. Implement robust security measures to protect our customers and business.
- Metrics and KPIs: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the fraud product. Regularly report on product performance and make data-driven decisions.
What you'll bring
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in product management, with a focus on fraud detection and prevention.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $153,600.00 - $230,400.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
