OVERVIEW:

We are looking for an Associate Director of Paid Social to join our Revenue department.

As an Associate Director of Paid Social, you will have the opportunity to mentor and develop a team of paid social strategists while driving new processes for internal and external workflows. You will act as a leader on enterprise-size clients, working closely with Customer Strategy to drive success. 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years of experience within the digital marketing and/or online retail industries 
  • 3+ years of experience managing Paid Social campaigns and working with the associated platforms - Facebook, Pinterest, Tik Tok, etc. 
  • Understanding of creative and ad copy best practices within the Paid Social space 
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, pivot tables, vlookups) or Google Sheets
  • Experience creating reports, presentations, and other customer-facing deliverables

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As an Associate Director of Paid Social on our Channel Solutions team, you will:

  • Act as an assigned Paid Social leader on a handful of enterprise clients that regularly manages and monitors accounts, and works closely with Customer Strategy Managers (CSM) to drive success
  • Manage a team of Paid Social Strategists by conducting weekly check-ins on customer satisfaction, churn risks, and expansion opportunities
  • Perform account analyses as needed to find new areas of opportunity to improve performance, suggest new account strategies, or communicate value to our customers
  • Assist junior team members in understanding client business and goals to provide perspective across all Paid Social accounts by employing Quartile's  technology to help manage performance to goals
  • Improve existing processes while identifying and developing new processes to improve the overall team
  • Act as a thought leader for new social opportunities, such as leading new channel exploration/features and developing best practices/training
  • Help build our ever-growing team, participating in the interview process for new hires
  • Surface product and user experience feedback to internal teams as it relates to Quartile's technology and tools
  • Continually stay up-to-date on industry trends and look for ways to apply new ideas
  • Attend regular trainings on Quartile's product, interacting with key product leaders to ensure an understanding of how to work both within and alongside Quartile's  technology
