$70,000 - $85,000 Annually
The Associate Director of Sales and Student Success will lead our team of Student Advisors, who serves as the leading sales and customer service support contact for pre-law, pre-med, nursing, and our medical school learners. Success will be measured based on team goals around enrollment growth and overall student satisfaction. The role will report to our Director of Student Success. Preference will be given to those who reside in the Mountain or Pacific time zones. This role will primarily work Monday - Friday but will need to be available for questions outside of scheduled hours.

What You'll Do
- Supervise a team of Student Sales Advisors and Service Advisors
- Ensure the team exceeds monthly sales goals and service metrics
- Handle escalated customer calls
- Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction, including SLAs, response times, and similar performance indicators are exceeded
- Develop and implement training and evaluation tools for the team
- Conduct regular audits for quality and handle performance management for staff
- Manage reporting tools and regularly report to senior management
- Enforce sales and service policies and procedures
- Ensure sales activities meet or exceed goals
- Develop and maintain standard checks
- Assist in developing sales strategies
- Provide leadership and oversight for leads generated to convert into consults, sales, and revenue.
- Helps build efficiencies within the CRM and sales/service processes
- Communicates daily business activities and works effectively with business partners
- OTE +10%-15% of additional earning potential
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree or higher from a 4-year institution
- A passion for both customer care and closing sales - all day, every day
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent skills in Excel/Google Sheets
- Must be good with Data, and reporting. Need to take data, analyze, report, and act
on the data. - Experience as a sales manager, customer care, and/or call center team leader
- Strong interpersonal skills, maturity and good judgment, and ability to communicate with a diverse range of individuals
- Ability to thrive under pressure and multitask with frequent interruptions and changing priorities
- Must enjoy a fast-paced work environment.
- Prior experience in the test prep or tutoring industry is a plus but not required
- Prior working knowledge of the LSAT, MCAT, NP, and/or USMLE is also a huge plus but is not required
- Prior quota-carrying experience as an individual contributor or sales leader
- Willingness to work flexible hours based on business demands
