Job Description
The Associate Director of Strategic and Diversity Sourcing will lead a talent attraction sourcing and research team that finds and engages passive and active talent. This role is part of an inclusive, collaborative, and engaging work environment accountable to develop and implement detailed plans for building and growing the sourcing, research, and DEI recruitment strategy at Lilly. This work will involve collaborating with HR colleagues, TA leaders to craft strategies to map and engage talent representing all dimensions of diversity. You will also foster relationships and drive our engagement with the community and national organizations within the Hispanic and/or Latinx community.

Job Description

Responsibilities
- Partner closely with leaders across the organization to assess organizational needs and develop thoughtful and innovative sourcing, pipelining, referral, networking, and agency strategies.
- Using Spanish language capabilities and cultural insights to develop and participate in Hispanic and Latinx-focused recruiting initiatives and programs, i.e., community events, seminars, partnerships, workshops, and recruitment marketing materials to drive awareness, increase access and attract talent to Lilly.
- Lead in the operational and strategic management of career events/fairs and recruiting conferences primarily focused on diverse talent.
- Builds and maintains positive relationships within the community and multicultural-based organizations with a focus on sourcing Latinx and other unrepresented groups within functional areas at Lilly.
- Cultivate strong community networks and engage with team members to understand current and anticipated demands, collaborate on sourcing strategies, and support business change and growth.
- Create and deliver external market insights, focused on talent and competitor landscapes.
- Evaluate and refine external candidate sourcing channels to improve results, and help enhance the hiring manager experience
- Identify innovative and unique sourcing channels, technology tools, and CRM tactics to ensure Lilly is a leader in talent identification, engagement and performance metrics.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 5-7 years of Talent Acquisition experience with a very strong understanding of talent sourcing strategies and techniques.
- Supervisory Experience
- Experience with HR/TA technologies, systems, and sourcing tools
- Fluent in Spanish

- Experience working with global/offshore sourcing models.

- Ability to think both strategically and implement tactically
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to own and drive complex, strategic solutions, be accountable for execution and outcomes, and make impactful decisions
- Willing to trave 30% of the time.
