In this role, you will actively contribute to transforming the customer experience technologies tailored for patients facing chronic lymphocytic leukemia and facilitate trial recruitment for a diverse range of tumors. Your expertise will ensure the delivery of compelling content and strategies that foster a seamless and personalized journey for both patients and caregivers navigating healthcare. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and analytics, to craft data-driven, insightful, and human-centered digital products.

Accountabilities

  • Develop and refine clear and strategic content across various platforms including web, email, and social media.
  • Lead team interactions for medical, legal, compliance, and regulatory reviews.
  • Implement AI-driven tools to streamline marketing strategy execution.
  • Utilize data and user research to identify and resolve engagement friction points.
  • Manage analytics reporting for key performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, and WCAG standards while enhancing user experience.
  • Promote a customer-first culture balancing metrics with empathy and accessibility.
  • Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in pharma marketing, including PRC submissions.
  • Proven track record of delivering timely, on-budget, and strategy-aligned projects.
  • Technical expertise with Salesforce CRM/Marketing Cloud, analytics tools, and CMS.
  • Strong ability to leverage data and behavioral insights for product enhancement.
  • Excellent skills in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • In-depth understanding of regulatory frameworks in healthcare.
