  • Define KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Build, mentor, and scale high-performing global teams across PLM engineering and solution functions.
  • Collaborate with vendors for roadmap alignment, licensing optimization, and cost efficiency.
  • Drive automation, standardization, and simplification across PLM processes and tools.
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Science, or related STEM field (or equivalent experience).
    • 15+ years of experience in PLM systems within engineering or manufacturing environments.
    • Strong expertise in enterprise PLM platforms such as Siemens Teamcenter, Dassault Enovia, Windchill, or 3DEXPERIENCE.
    • Proven leadership in PLM strategy development and large-scale transformation programs.
    • Deep understanding of product lifecycle management, configuration control, change management, release governance, BOM, and data governance.
    • Experience leading cross-functional teams across engineering, IT, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality domains.
    • Strong ability to build, scale, and retain high-performing technical teams.
    • Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, and influencing skills.
    • Strong execution mindset with proven ability to deliver measurable business outcomes.
    • Preferred: experience with Digital Thread, Digital Twin, MBSE integrations, Agile/SAFe, and enterprise architecture frameworks.
