TITLE: Associate Director - Product Manager
LOCATION: 405 Howard Street, Suite 300, San Francisco, CA 94105
DUTIES: Build dashboards with insights for financial institutions by collecting client requirements, market feedback and regulatory initiatives, discussing with research team methodology and calculations for benchmarking statistics. Perform financial data analysis using SQL and Python to come up with product requirements and calculations for the data pipeline and the product. Collaborate with teams across function to define financial product roadmap and go-to-market strategy. Engage with existing and potential clients to analyze business problems and test product solutions. Work in a scrum team to define detailed use cases and stories with UI/UX design to create prototype. Explain requirement and communicate designs to engineering team to implement, validating through SQL and Python, and guiding technical information team to create documentations. Present product solutions design and plan to client executives and senior managers, support sales, and customer success managers to articulate product roadmap and strategy and explain product details to clients. Work with data science team, including researching team to identify potential meaningful insights by going through dataset and brainstorming product ideas. Coordinate with client support teams and operations teams to ensure a successful standard product release to market and drive client product on-boarding process. Collaborate with service and support teams to deliver customized solutions and obtain client satisfactions.
Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Financial Engineering, or a closely related quantitative field plus at least three (3) years of experience supporting software implementation projects for global financial services institutions. Full term of experience must include the following: performing financial data analysis using SQL and Python; gathering and synthetizing requirements within banking credit sector; managing projects for financial data insights or infrastructure; designing and building analytical features and tools; and monitoring market trends and consumer behavior to identify market opportunities and improve product features or data operation pipeline.

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $81,328 to $199,650, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation. Moody's also offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, a discounted employee stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.
