The Advanced Airborne Sensor (AAS) development team within the Radar Sensor Systems (RSS) product area is growing and this growth requires a Program Manager (PM) who shares a passion to develop new capabilities through collaboration with a talented cross functional team.

The PM is responsible for executing new contract awards delivering new technology capability meeting all technical requirements and meeting cost and schedule commitments for delivery to the fleet. The PM will coordinate across multiple contracts to access if the installed technology base can support the technical configuration, develop key insertion points, and deliver the capability within those windows. The PM will lead a multi-disciplined team across multiple locations, coordinate with functional organizations, and rely on a diverse set of key suppliers to meet program objectives. The selected team member will be responsible for regular internal and external customer interface. This position is responsible for AOP performance and supporting the strategy that is the basis for the LRP.

This position will be based on-site in Dallas, TX.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM)
• 12 years or more of program management experience within defense, government acquisition or similar regulated industry
• Experience partnering with stakeholders to meet customer needs and delivering through completion
• Experience working on Engineering and / or Manufacturing Development and /or Production related programs
• Possess level 4 PM certification or similar industry program management certifications
• An active and in-scope Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain Top Secret

Desired Skills:

• Experience managing programs with high technical risk and high visibility
• Experience communicating complex technical knowledge to the technical community to include customers and vendors
• Proven ability to develop and maintain long term business relationships with customers and partners
• Experience transitioning development programs into production
• Experience and demonstrated success managing change, building teams in a matrixed organization, developing leaders and mentoring others
• Strong proficiency in developing and presenting Strategic Plans, AOP, Technology Roadmaps, and planning to senior management, and responsibility for executing approved plans
• Ability to focus, evaluate, motivate, and reward the teams, enabling them to achieve desired results
