This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Remote Associate Director, Program Management. In this role, you will be at the forefront of managing patient support center operations while leading a dedicated team of case managers. Your expertise will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with internal policies and enhancing the overall quality of service provided to patients and healthcare professionals. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to drive effective program management and optimize patient outcomes. Accountabilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of case managers, ensuring their development and performance.
  • Oversee workload management to ensure adequate patient and physician office coverage.
  • Identify and implement improvements to enhance the patient/provider experience.
  • Establish strong partnerships with Central Operations for CRM optimization.
  • Monitor team performance and compliance with established KPIs and SLAs.
  • Be the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding case management.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure operational excellence.
  • Manage a team of supervisors overseeing case managers to ensure alignment with objectives.
  • Facilitate training and development initiatives for performance enhancement.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or patient support sector.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience in a management role.
  • Experience with direct provider and patient interaction.
  • Strong knowledge of case management and patient access services.
  • Demonstrated success in hiring and managing high performing teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems.
  • Excellent leadership, organization, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional matrix environment.
