Job Description
- Establishes and owns program plans, schedules and budgets for programs under his/her responsibility and recommends appropriate adjustments to ensure adherence to the established project plan, schedule, and budget.
- Drives reviews and presents plans and progress reports relating to project value-stream strategy, progress, and results.
- Leads and oversees strategic planning efforts for medium and/or complex programs to ensure that the organization's objectives are achieved.
- Selects and manages ongoing relationships with external contractors to ensure that the organization receives satisfactory standards of service.
- Identifies and responds to project problems and spearheads solutions, such as reallocating resources or changing contractual specifications, and leads resolution development for escalated problems.
- Develops new business growth strategies to increase profitability and/or market share of the organization.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline with 7+ years of related experience;
- or MBA/Masters's degree in a relevant engineering or business discipline with 5+ years
- related experience.

- Strong project and team management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, communication, and leadership.
- Customer-focused.
- Ability to interact constructively with diverse teams, including international elements.
- Ability to manage multiple, sometimes conflicting priorities.
- Strong product quality tool knowledge and practical application experience.
- Strong program management skills with the ability to think ahead, anticipate potential problems, and proactively address them.
