This senior leadership role sits at the intersection of international sales strategy and operational excellence within a fast-scaling global education technology environment. You will be responsible for driving student recruitment growth across multiple international territories while ensuring strong operational and financial discipline across the entire sales ecosystem. The role involves managing large, distributed teams across several countries and aligning regional execution with central strategy. You will play a key role in expanding market presence, strengthening channel partner relationships, and optimizing conversion performance across regions. At the same time, you will design financially robust incentive structures and ensure ROI-driven decision-making across sales programs. This is a highly strategic and hands-on leadership position where commercial growth, data-driven planning, and operational rigor come together to shape global expansion.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead and execute international sales strategies to increase student applications, improve funnel conversion, and drive revenue growth across multiple global territories.
  • Manage and mentor large, distributed teams including Regional Managers, Regional Officers, and inside sales teams based in India, ensuring performance alignment and accountability.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with international channel partners, ensuring consistent engagement, issue resolution, and long-term business growth.
  • Oversee end-to-end operational execution of applications, ensuring timely processing and smooth coordination across business units and regions.
  • Design, implement, and continuously optimize partner incentive schemes, ensuring commercial attractiveness and financial sustainability.
  • Develop ROI models for commission structures and incentive programs, including forecasting volume uplift, revenue impact, and payback periods.
  • Monitor MIS reports and performance dashboards to track applications, deposits, conversions, and regional sales performance.
  • Conduct market intelligence analysis, including competitor benchmarking and regional demand trends, to refine growth strategies.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews, international visits, and partner engagement initiatives to strengthen market penetration and performance outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sales, operations, and marketing efforts across territories.
  • Requirements:

    • 12–15 years of experience in B2B sales with a strong track record of international business development and revenue growth.
    • At least 5 years of experience in senior leadership roles managing large, remote, and geographically distributed teams.
    • Proven expertise in designing commission structures and building ROI-based financial models for sales incentives.
    • MBA or postgraduate degree in Business Management or a related field is preferred.
    • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyze cost-per-student economics, margins, and breakeven scenarios.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills across senior-level audiences.
    • Strong negotiation and relationship-building capabilities in complex, multi-country environments.
    • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
    • Strategic thinker with a proactive and solution-oriented leadership approach.
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive compensation package aligned with senior international sales leadership roles.
      • Performance-based incentives tied to business growth and conversion outcomes.
      • Opportunity to lead global operations across multiple international markets.
      • Exposure to high-impact strategic decision-making in a rapidly growing EdTech organization.
      • Work-life balance focus with a supportive and collaborative culture.
      • Global exposure including international travel and partner engagement opportunities.
      • Continuous learning, upskilling, and leadership development opportunities.
      • Long-term career stability within a fast-scaling multinational environment.
