We are seeking a high-energy, self-starter to work effectively across the organization to deliver sales enablements that improve sales effectiveness and productivity. As Sales Operations Leader, you will be responsible for designing and developing a sales enablement process that strengthens the skills and success of sellers. You will partner closely with the sales organizations, internal departments, and external vendors to deliver assets and platforms to improve sales force effectiveness for our sales organization. This role will leverage sales operating systems for data and insights in setting leading indicator metrics for the organization in driving increased orders. This role supports the businesses to attract, onboard, and optimizing sales talent.
Our ideal candidate is a sales effectiveness subject matter expert in selling skills, and sales methodology, and understands what salespeople need to successfully execute their role. This candidate has proven experience in the creation and delivery of high-impact sales training, an in-depth understanding of the entire sales cycle, and truly champions the success of others.

Responsibilities:
- Create and implement programs to improve sales productivity.
- Be responsible for the creation of sales rankings/reward programs.
- Collaborate with other functions to improve sales attrition rates.
- Deploy programs that ensure Sales Managers are developing and mentoring salespeople to deliver an outstanding customer experience and achieve high-performance metrics.
- Identify sales strengths, weaknesses, and areas of ongoing sales behavioral skills development.
- Stay current on company procedures, sales initiatives, marketing campaigns, processes, and industry-related information.
- Assist in defining the go-to-market sales organization structure and customer coverage in alignment with the sales strategy
- Develop, deploy, and increase the adoption of sales and channel tools, such as CRMs and CPQs, by working with cross-functional teams and local business leaders.
- Implement across the region standard sales processes performance KPIs and dashboards in developing consistent expectations and performance measurements.
- Partner with business leaders and global sales operations team to develop a sales-driven culture through sales training programs, sales assets, and rewards & recognition programs.
- Improve the overall sales management cadence, commercial rigor, and sales effectiveness.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in related sales effectiveness/sale operations
- 5 years in sales management roles
- Documented experience building, delivering, and monitoring successful sales programs.
- Excellent communication skills, high impact & high energy sales training style.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment juggling and executing multiple priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills and a consultative approach to working cross-functionally
- Passion for excellence and high quality in the finished product; attention to detail is critical to success.
