Associate Director, Social Strategy & Influencer Marketing

As a Associate Director, Social Strategy & Influencer Marketing, you will oversee social media strategy for the Sony US Latin roster and develop and maintain strong relationships with influencers on behalf of Sony Music’s Digital Marketing team. The goal for this role is to identify trends and opportunity areas for each release and to lead communication between the label, influencers, and artists to develop compelling campaigns that appeal to target audiences through their preferred platform.

What you'll do:

• Closely monitor the use of sounds on social media platforms 
• Identify key trends happening within each platform and suggest relevant content for artists to create as part of that trend 
• Develop, execute, and monitor paid influencer marketing campaigns
• Use data and knowledge of space to identify influencers for campaigns while having deep understanding of what makes sense and feels organic for our artists and partners
• Identify key content creators and cultivate relationships relevant to specific campaigns
• Develop content plans that align with artist marketing strategy
• Create reports with key takeaways within each platform pertaining to the behavior of each release 

Who you are:

• Experience in content creation, digital marketing, and audience development
• Strong understanding of the influencer marketing space
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and its tracking tools including Apollo, Scuba, and Music Connect (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
• Bi-lingual preferred (English & Spanish)
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
