Summary:

The Associate Director Stewardship is responsible for facilitating the mandatory stewardship program, leading and managing annual stewardship projects and develops a culture of stewardship by providing resources and ideas for the Foundation.

• Provide guidance to fundraisers in developing stewardship strategies for gifts of various levels.
• Oversee the leadership acknowledgement process to ensure timeliness and quality of the letters, i.e. correct format, accurate content and tone.
• Serve as a resource to colleagues in developing annual stewardship plans.
• Develop and provide options/ideas for stewardship to gift officers. 5. Develop and make available a file of creative, successful donor relations ideas.
• Provide project management for specific donor relations initiatives such as annual report and bi-annual donor recognition dinner.
• Coordinate professorship annual stewardship activities on behalf of the Foundation in partnership with gift officers and leadership.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree required

Work Experience:

Minimum of three (3) years in event planning, fundraising, communications or related experience, with 2 years of professional experience
