  • Establishes critical sourcing strategies of the RLCS business unit, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Develops and implements mid-to long-term supply chain strategies and networks that address capacity issues, production location decisions, etc.
  • Partners with internal clients and stakeholders to identify sourcing needs and develops sourcing strategies to continuously improve and re-evaluate the purchasing activities of the business unit.
  • Directs supplier selection based on price, quality, selection, service, support, availability, reliability, production and distribution capabilities, and details of suppliers' reputation and history.
  • Directs negotiations, renegotiations, and administration of contracts with suppliers, vendors, and other representatives.
  • Directs negotiations with suppliers and analyzes suppliers' operations to determine factors that affect prices and to determine the lowest cost consistent with quality, reliability, and ability to meet required schedules.
  • Communicating to suppliers and internal customers clearly, addressing their concerns and resolving any conflicts that arise


Requirements - Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge:
  • Education and Training: Bachelor's degree required/Masters preferred in business administration, engineering, or operations management, or other similar fields
  • 10+ years in procurement leadership, working with cross-functional teams and managing global teams
  • Experience in project management
  • Expertise in driving large-scale procurement transformations
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and planning skills to optimize and drive efficiency
  • Experience in supplier negotiations and management
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment
