Job Description
BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate opening for the position of Associate Director, Talent Marketing.  This key leadership position will play a crucial role in redefining how BAYADA communicates with prospective candidates and current employees, strategically positioning the organization as a reputable employer of choice. This role will drive recruitment and lifecycle marketing campaigns, crafting and implementing strategies to inform, attract, and retain top-tier talent across prioritized roles and markets. The Associate Director will collaborate seamlessly across teams to build and share marketing best practices. This role will leverage data and intelligence to inform the creation of recruitment and lifecycle marketing techniques and continuously measure and optimize campaign results.

This position can be based remotely, but will require 10-20% travel for team and project meetings. The ideal candidate will be located in Eastern or Central time zones.
 MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Exemplifies characteristics of The BAYADA Way: compassion, excellence, and reliability.
- Four (4) year college degree.
- Seven (7) + years and a successful track record of designing and delivering talent attraction (recruitment marketing) and lifecycle engagement initiatives in complex companies.
- Strong customer-centric mindset and approach to marketing.
- Excellent problem solving, conceptual thinking, and analytical skills.
- Deep knowledge and successful management of talent attraction and engagement partners (e.g., platforms and agencies).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate, influence, and earn trust with a wide range of internal team members.
- Strong ability to innovate and enable fast decision-making with a bias towards action while delivering measurable results for the business.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong aptitude for data-driven decision-making and budget management.
- Project management skills and proven ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Able to exercise high judgment and deliver results, particularly in narrow timeframes.
- Strong business acumen and experience working with Talent Acquisition and Human Resource teams.
- Acceptable pre-employment assessment results.
- Ability to read, write and effectively communicate in English.
 PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Demonstrate and communicate the core values of BAYADA and The BAYADA Way.
- Develop working knowledge of BAYADA’s mission, services, people, organization, policies, and procedures.
- Develop, implement, and lead acquisition and retention marketing strategies to inform, attract, and engage top-tier talent across prioritized roles and markets.
- Understand talent demand from the business, and build a highly scalable, highly efficient candidate attraction and retention plan that predictably yields targeted candidates and talent.
- Analyze data (market, talent, operational, etc.) to develop insights, drive campaign performance, and support investment strategies.
- Collaborate seamlessly across teams to build and share best practices in talent marketing, including job board advertising, one-on-one communications, referral/loyalty programs, etc.
- Leverage data and intelligence to inform the creation of talent marketing techniques and continuously measure and optimize campaign results.
- Partner with channel leaders to identify effective and innovative partners, platforms, and technologies to help amplify and position BAYADA’s employer brand and job opportunities.
- Follow workforce trends, and lead talent-focused research to inform the creation of new, creative marketing strategies.
- Plan and manage budgets.
- Manage and grow a team of high-performing marketing professionals.
- Manage vendors.
- Demonstrate solid performance or exceed performance standards in key job dimensions/attributes as defined on the Performance Appraisal for Office Staff.
- Perform related duties, or as required or requested by supervisor.
