This role is centered on driving the commercial success and strategic evolution of a next-generation oncology diagnostic product within a fast-growing precision medicine environment. The position combines product leadership, commercial execution, and cross-functional coordination to accelerate market adoption and shape future innovation. The Product Leader will play a key role in launching and scaling a complex molecular diagnostic solution, ensuring strong alignment between clinical value, commercial strategy, and customer needs. Operating in a highly collaborative and science-driven organization, this role bridges product development, sales enablement, and market strategy. It requires both strategic vision and hands-on execution to influence adoption across healthcare stakeholders and support long-term platform growth. Accountabilities:

  • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, including commercial launch planning and post-launch growth execution
  • Drive market adoption of a next-generation MRD assay through close collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams
  • Develop and refine go-to-market strategies to support product positioning, differentiation, and revenue growth
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Engineering, and Commercial teams to optimize customer experience and workflow efficiency
  • Create and deliver sales enablement tools including pitch decks, training materials, and objection-handling guides
  • Lead onboarding and training initiatives to ensure field readiness and consistent messaging across commercial teams
  • Monitor competitive landscape, clinical trends, and emerging technologies in oncology diagnostics
  • Translate market insights into product strategy, roadmap recommendations, and future product concepts
  • Contribute to the development of Target Product Profiles and long-term platform vision
  • Act as a key liaison across multiple functions to ensure alignment and execution of product strategy
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree required in life sciences, engineering, statistics, or related field; advanced degree (MBA, MS, or PhD) preferred
    • 7+ years of experience in product management, commercialization, product marketing, or management consulting
    • Proven experience supporting or leading commercial product launches in healthcare or diagnostics
    • Strong understanding of oncology, molecular diagnostics, or laboratory-developed tests (LDTs) preferred
    • Experience working with service-based or diagnostics-as-a-service models is a plus
    • Strong strategic thinking with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable execution plans
    • Experience developing sales enablement content and supporting commercial training initiatives
    • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and ability to work with complex datasets
    • Advanced communication and presentation skills, including executive-level storytelling
    • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed environment
    • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
