Associate Email and Growth Marketing Manager (B2C, B2B, Clinic)
Position Overview:
This role will lead Face Reality’s email marketing program and plan, execute, and measure best-in-class growth marketing initiatives across the entire digital ecosystem with an emphasis on paid media, demand gen/email, and website/eCommerce. The Associate Growth Marketing Manager will be an analytical and creative problem-solver with a technical skillset who will be an expert on all subjects relating to Email and work towards becoming an expert in all areas of digital marketing. They will implement initiatives that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth across B2B, B2C, and clinic businesses, and translate data, trends, and insights into actionable strategy. This is currently a single contributor role in a high-growth company, and reports to the Growth Marketing Manager. *This is a Hybrid role working onsite in Danville CA every Tuesday-Thursday and working remotely Mondays and Fridays.
Responsibilities
Email Marketing:
- Oversee and implement Face Reality’s email marketing programs across each stage of the customer journey for B2C, B2B, and Clinic channels with a focus on acquisition and retention
- Manage the email calendar, content strategy, setup, QA, and reporting across the customer lifecycle, including drip campaigns, transactional emails, and educational and promotional sends
- A/B test and optimize emails to measure and improve performance
- Report on email KPIs and campaign performance analytics and drive continuous improvements across email deliverability, open, click-to-open, conversion, opt-out, and unsubscribe rates via testing and iteration
- Develop email and customer segmentation strategy across all businesses with end-to-end execution
Growth Marketing Ecosystem:
- Demand Generation: Implement programs and tactics to generate demand and email capture across all audiences, including but not limited to targeted landing pages, pop-ups, gated educational materials, customer segmentation, and drip campaigns
- Paid Media: Support digital advertising across platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google Ads, Pinterest, Programmatic, etc.) Collaborate on linking strategy and content strategy to drive performance
- Websites / eComm: Support optimization of website user experience, customer journey, and marketing funnel into eCommerce and clinic websites. Explore opportunities for growth such as affiliate marketing and SEO. Design A/B tests and make recommendations based on data analysis
Analytics:
- Monitor and report on key success metrics across all digital channels and eCommerce
Subject Matter Expertise:
- Be Face Reality’s internal subject matter expert on email best practices, technologies, and industry trends
- Monitor advancements (new platforms, trends, content strategies, etc.) in the digital marketing space
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in email marketing (in-house or agency)
- 3+ years total marketing experience across email, growth, performance, digital, or similar
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Email platform expert (Klaviyo experience preferred but not necessary; HTML and CSS a bonus)
- Well-versed in relevant tools & platforms such as Google Analytics, Shopify, and Excel
- Critical thinker with problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent project management and organizational skills and attention to detail

Salary: $95k - $100k plus bonus and full benefits package
