About The Position
This role is part of the Ameren Customer Experience and Digital organization. The Associate Enablement Analyst position is responsible for supporting the advancement of co-worker enablement through execution of key efforts across the organization. This person will interact and collaborate across various co-worker segments to help promote co-worker engagement, plan and execute key culture and co-worker engagement events, and support
communication across the organization.
General responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with team members to assist with the planning and execution of organization-wide strategic engagements including all hands meetings, people leader meetings, open houses, and more through collaboration across the Enablement team and other teams such as Strategy.
- Support execution of organization-wide employee engagement survey action plan initiatives around key focus areas such as growth and development.
- Support and assist with aspects of the Collegiate Engagement Program in alignment with Human Resources, including execution of a robust engagement program, budgeting, recruiting, and conversion.
- Support collaboration with HR pipeline programs to drive strategic hiring utilizing collegiate, Hiring Our Heroes, Bright Return, and other programs.
- Support documentation and presentation formatting needs for team deliverables, including senior leadership updates.
- Support communications and messaging related to technology implementations that impact broad Ameren users/co-workers, in partnership with Ameren Communications.
- Support the organization's internal communication platform (Sharepoint), content, and strategy to ensure effective communication across the organization.
- Support the planning, execution, and follow up of the IdeaHack innovation event.
- Identify and organize project tasks; Supports low complexity projects with supervision.
- Develop familiarity with the organization's objectives, and impact on own projects.
- Enable co-worker passion and engagement through building and maintaining strong relationships with senior leadership and co-workers.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university required. One or more year of professional experience required; internship experience will be considered.
In addition to the above qualifications, the successful candidate will demonstrate:

- Ability to prioritize, schedule and complete tasks for multiple projects with overlapping schedules.
- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills; demonstrated ability to interact effectively and build credibility/rapport with co-workers at all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem solving skills, as well as able to work through others to solve problems both inside and "outside" the box.
- Self-starter, comfortable working in a busy and dynamic environment with competing priorities.
- Proactive, persistent and dependable. Excellent time management skills. Strong work ethic.
- Possess strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Possess strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 products.
