AECI's Rotational Development Program is designed to develop our next generation of engineers in our Power Production Division. You will work in a challenging, innovative and collaborative environment alongside experienced engineers and leaders during a 24-month rotational period with different assignments lasting approximately six months each. You will take part in complex projects, receive on-the-job training and gain visibility throughout our organization. Placement opportunities after successful completion of the program include a variety of engineering roles.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Process, Chemical or Industrial) from an accredited school

• Strong communication skills and ability to articulate technical issues in clear and simple terms

• Team player who enjoys trouble shooting and problem solving

• Innovators with a passion for new ideas and continuous improvement

• Ability and willingness to relocate upon completion of the program
