Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Delivers projects on schedule and within specified project plans.
• Ability to forecast resource hours for duration of projects with accuracy.
• Ensures the use of appropriate processes and standards throughout the Claim lifecycle.
• Defines a change and communication plan suitable to the Account size and importance.
• Ensures that the project scope is clearly defined and documented at the onset of the project.
• Manages contract changes and change requests and escalates internally and externally as needed to manage impacts on schedules and deliverables.
• Anticipates and communicates the impact of project decisions and actions on client commitments / expectations.

Skills:

• Excellent verbal & written communication, presentation, interpersonal skills, and ability to influence and work with diverse personality types.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Must be self-motivated, creative, and efficient in proposing solutions to complex, time-critical problems.
• Ability to view a problem from a business user perspective.
• Strong conviction in the role and willingness to take on challenges.
• MS Office Suite skills are required (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams)

Qualifications

Preference

• Healthcare knowledge and experience

Eligibility

• Must be a Graduate.
• Must have 1-3 years.
• Willing to work in Night Shift.
