Associate, Enterprise Delivery Governance

What You'll Do

Gather and analyze data in support of departmental approaches and utilization of resources. In doing so, you will help to maximize the business value of data by enhancing decision making, delivering practical insights and highlighting opportunities.

This role provides continuous monitoring and reporting on adherence to internal controls, processes and budgets. You will be responsible for analyzing and gathering data and providing insight and recommendations for process improvements.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each primary duty satisfactorily.

• Collaborates with other teams to review control data and identify improvements in the IT delivery process and controls

• Contributes to the creation of dashboards and reports demonstrating control adherence and opportunities for improvement

• Collaborating with others to deliver complex projects which may involve multiple systems

• Identifies areas of improvements in capturing and reporting of control data

• Supporting the teams developing solutions to complex technical challenges

• Recommending technologies and tools that improve the efficiency, quality, and security of OCC’s IT systems; Identifies areas of improvements in capturing and reporting of control data

• Assist in remediation planning and tracking of remediation efforts with stakeholders

• Other job-related duties as assigned

• Strong analytical and data reporting skills

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Technical Skills:

• Excel, PowerPoint

• Dashboard reporting tools (e.g. Tableau)

• Familiarity with software to track development or project management work

  (e.g. Jira, Zephyr, Confluence, Project Server or similar tools)

• Experience with Security and DevOps tools a plus

• Integrated GRC management solutions such as Archer is a plus

Education and/or Experience:

• 1+ years experience in a business, technical or data analyst role with strong analytical and data reporting skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Finance, or related field

• MBA or related graduate level course work a plus

• Work experience in the capital markets industry as plus
