Associate Event Planner (Part-Time)

Q2 is seeking a part-time Associate Event Planner who will be responsible for supporting the Events & Experiences team in the planning and execution of executive briefings, industry trade shows, and hosted events. This person will reside within the marketing organization and will report to the Director, Strategic Events & Experiences.

Duties:

• Support the planning and execution of virtual and in person industry trade shows and Q2 hosted events

• Coordinate and support Executive Briefings - including managing master schedule, preparing agenda, and pre-event logistics

• Manage vendor relationships related to assigned events and executive briefings

• Manage all assigned event and project deadlines externally and internally

• Clearly communicate objectives, project status and updates to stakeholders on a regular and consistent basis

• Assist department in meeting business objectives for lead generation

• Track metrics, collect data, and assist with reports and presentations

• Take on ad-hoc projects to improve processes and maintain team workload and efficiency

• Other duties as assigned

Education/Experience:

Coursework in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Communications, or related field.

• Excellent attention to detail

• Strong time management and organizational skills

• Comfortable interacting with executives

• Ability to maintain a professional manner and attitude

• Excellent Microsoft products (excel, word, PPT) a must
