Job Description

In collaboration with the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for producing accurate accounting ledgers for the Funds business.

Assisting with month end reporting, along with the accurate billing for the Guernsey businesses, you will be a confident communicator with the ability to deal with internal and external parties as required.

Tasks

• You will create, process and produce sales ledger invoices in accordance with relevant timetables.
• You will ensure that all expenses recoverable from clients are correctly valued, and that payment of fees by clients are correctly recorded and allocated to invoices on a timely basis.
• You will provide support to the Funds business in all aspects of billing, liaising regularly with the administration teams.
• You will prepare relevant billing recovery reports and circulate to the administration teams on a weekly basis.
• You will liaise with administration teams, and clients as necessary, to follow up on and ensure collection of outstanding invoices on a timely basis.
• You will liaise directly with Client Service Directors in order to escalate any issues with long-outstanding invoices.
• Any other ad hoc tasks that may be required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant experience 
• Previous financial experience
• Bookkeeping experience desirable
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• NetSuite experience desirable
