The Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) is a two-year talent development program based on formal and experiential learning, volunteerism, and networking.

Compensation
The listed annualized base pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The base pay is just one component of The Hartford's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition. The annualized base pay range for this role is:
$58,720 - $88,080

What is The Hartford looking for?
- Students expecting to graduate prior to August 2023 with a Bachelor's degree in a business related discipline; Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Intelligence/Data Analytics, and Insurance majors or minors preferred
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher within your major at time of graduation
- Data analytics and financial modeling coursework or projects a plus
- Demonstrate strong communication, analytical thinking, initiative, change agility and team skills
