Click’s lead prescription program has entered a pivotal, fully remote, randomized, controlled trial on the Verily platform for the treatment of Major Depressive Disorder (MDD) in up to 360 adults. Click is progressing a broad pipeline of Digital Therapeutics™ across a variety of high-burden therapeutic areas, including MDD, Schizophrenia, Migraine, MS, Chronic Pain, Atopic Dermatitis, Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS), Obesity, Oncology and more.

About the Role:

The Associate, FP&A will be an integral member of Click’s growing Finance team, playing a key role in financial forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and other strategic projects. This is a collaborative role that will involve partnering with teams across the organization to help Click make financially informed decisions. The successful candidate will work well in a fast-paced environment and must have a solid understanding of finance, including accounting and financial modeling. Our finance team is lean, and the Associate will be expected to wear multiple hats, with the opportunity to grow into increased responsibilities over time.

This position is based out of Click’s headquarters located in Tribeca, NYC, at the center of one of the fastest-growing digital health communities.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to build and update prescription digital therapeutic development budgets.
  • Conduct variance analysis of actual results versus forecast/budget.
  • Prepare monthly and ad hoc reporting packages for senior management and other internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the annual budgeting and quarterly re-forecasting processes in collaboration with the Strategic Finance team
  • Assist in the creation of materials to be presented to the Board and executive team.
  • Perform analysis for ad hoc special projects and business development initiatives as needed.
  • Become a trusted business partner and key point of contact for departments across the organization.
  • Continuously seek improvements to Click’s financial planning and analysis processes as the size and complexity of our business grows.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or another relevant field
  • 1-2 years of relevant professional experience, which may include corporate FP&A, investment banking, management consulting, or other finance experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with a particular focus on financial modeling
  • Highly organized, independent, and self-motivated; committed to delivering consistently accurate and high-quality work product
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work effectively with both executive leadership and cross functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in the life sciences industry with a working knowledge of the drug and device development processes
  • Experience working at a growth stage startup is a plus
