Do you want to play a role in driving mobility and energy innovation in global commerce?
The transition to electric vehicles is expected to transform how our customers operate fleets. Driven by economics, policy and/or legislation, more than 30% of fleets will transition to electric across the different vehicle classes in the next decade. This translates to 3M vehicles by 2025 and 11M vehicles by 2030 in our North American, European, and Asian markets.
Prologis has a unique opportunity to leverage its real estate, development platform, renewable energy expertise, and customer base to build a market leading turn-key electric vehicle charging business.
As a new hire in a growing new team within Prologis, An Associate on the Infrastructure Solutions team will have an instrumental role to play in advising our customers on solutions designs and building out our capability to provide solutions at scale. Open to remote or any locations where Prologis has a local office.
What's needed to do that:

• Provide EV solutions support to the Prologis EV Commercial organization.
• Coordinate the work of a multi-disciplined team throughout the design, development, and contract phases of projects.
• Leverage a team of subject matter experts to design, price, and support Prologis EV Projects.
• Work closely with the Prologis core Real Estate functions to drive efficiencies across the portfolio.
• Develop compelling value propositions that benefit Prologis and our customers.
• Develop emerging market deployment strategy for effective & scalable expansion of Prologis EV offerings.
• Create and implement commercially focused solutions standards across the value chain (hardware, software, O&M, etc.) that will deliver value to multiple customer segments.
• Develop, refine, and manage comprehensive project feasibility and due diligence procedures.
• Work with Prologis procurement to negotiate and administer contracts with 3rd party contractors and subcontractors.
• Develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, partner ecosystem, and company product differentiation needed to provide turnkey solutions to customers
• Contribute to the development of an evolving business model and continually contribute to the organization.

• Customer centric and innovative mindset focused on solving customer pain points by providing products and solutions that meet the customer's need.
• 3+ years of EV Charging project development preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience and understanding of the fleet/e-mobility/cleantech industries and market trends
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Product
• Proficiency with Salesforce, or equivalent software a plus
• Leadership ability in a high-performance culture with the ability to build consensus, establish trust, communicate effectively
