Associate FUS Project Owner

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage receipt of samples through communications with client and verification of physical specimens when received in building.
• Coordinate with lab teams to prioritize projects and follow-up on status of aging projects.
• Manage work tickets that are generated at the closure of the job to ensure the job is closed satisfactorily and there are no outstanding issues.
• Manage workload with some supervision and maintain accountability.
• Manage a limited number of categories.
• Read and follow the UL Solutions Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.
• Performs other duties as directed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Validate samples received by ensuring all necessary sample information is accurate and complete
• Liaise with Field Engineers to resolve sample discrepancies
• Address inquiries from lab staff timely regarding sample information or project requirements
• Coordinate with lab staff to establish quick turn around time for high-priority projects and to avoid missed promise dates
• Proactively monitor and follow up on aging projects with lab staff to ensure timely processing
• Prepare and send closing documentation to clients as needed
• Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail to oversee multiple projects simultaneously

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma required.
• Prior customer service or administrative experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn proprietary software.
• Upper-intermediate level of English required.
