Description

Devsinc is looking for qualified Associate Growth Executives to join our team who will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales.
Core Responsibilities

  • Generate new sales opportunities using LinkedIn or online platforms
  • Demonstrate excellent proposal writing and English writing skills
  • Identify the needs of prospects and recommend suitable solutions/services
  • Establish trust and build long-term relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
  • Proactively discover new business opportunities in the market
  • Arrange meetings or calls between (potential) customers and sales executives
  • Provide regular reports to the manager on weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
  • Evaluate all sales leads for eligibility
  • Stay updated on current and ongoing market changes
  • Work towards weekly and monthly lead targets and KPIs
  • Coordinate marketing and sales campaigns
  • Conduct outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails, etc.) to create sales opportunities

Required Skills

  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Outstanding negotiation skills and persuasive abilities
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Requirements
  • Willing to work in night shift (6PM - 3AM)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, English literature marketing, or a related field
  • Fresh - 1 year of experience as a business developer/executive in IT/SE domain or similar
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Exceptional Negotiation skills & Convincing Power
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
