Job Description

Provide support to the HR Business Partners Leads to understand business and strategies and support the implementation of initiatives through data reporting, analytics, project management, and processing HR inquiries. Support HR projects, coordinate and maintain HR Business partner SharePoint Sites, and calendars. Provide all deliverables within agreed timelines ensuring accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for HR Business Partners for the lines of business which could include HR reporting, execute and monitor key cyclical processes, HR data analytics, professional presentations, special LOB projects and HR projects. Provide administrative support, as needed. 
  • Provide support in the creation of dashboards and/or scorecards for internal clients in HR and the lines of business. 
  • Maintain an understanding of the technical and functional operations of the HRIS Workday application.
  • Maintain client-facing HR SharePoint Sites or Share Drive with leader resources and, create and maintain internal HRBP SharePoint sites.
  • Provide support to HR Associates as requested and, research and resolve reporting, interface, and data issues. 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
  • 1+ years of experience in data analytics and reporting, with Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Prior experience with HRIS Systems, specifically Workday 
  • Possess excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to work in a fast pace, changing environment, while remaining client-focused.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years working with Workday Human Resources, including WFA and end-user processes.
