Role Description and Mission :
The JR HRIS Analyst will provide functional support for all HR applications. Primary contact for end-user questions related to systems, requests and password resets. Responsible for report administration and responding to various data requests across the organization. Ensures HRIS supports the needs in providing information, tools, and resources to our customers. This individual will update and train staff on databases needed to perform their job functions.
Key Outcomes :
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of all HRIS data. Perform group data updates, exports, imports, clean-ups, and troubleshoot any data discrepancies.
  • Supports end users to troubleshoot functional system issues, identify root causes and partner with stakeholders to fix errors so that problems are not repeated. Documents changes to system and processes.
  • Provides day to day technical and administration support to departmental and end users
  • Assist in creating and maintaining process, system, and end-user documentation and quick reference materials.
  • Assist in system maintenance, testing system modifications in appropriate test environments, system upgrade and implementation.
  • Generates reports/queries, including writing, maintaining, and supporting a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools. Assists in development of standard reports for ongoing business needs. Helps maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.

  • Ability to interpret data and present information and findings
