About this role:

This role will provide complex operational support to the HRIS team, in addition to supporting complex operational projects. The Associate HRIS Product Lead will also deliver system enhancements when appropriate.

What you will do:

  • Individually answer and respond to escalated inquiries such as:
    • Workday break/fix items
    • Report and data requests
  • Conduct reporting and downstream impact assessments for configuration changes
  • Security assignments
  • Support manager and associate adoption of Workday with:
    • Business process configuration and HR approval role where needed
    • Processing supervisory organization changes
    • Mass data changes (preparing and loading)
    • Workday setup requests - organizations, job architecture and compensation structure maintenance etc.
    • Annual process support via system configuration - Open Enrollment, Talent & Performance Management, Annual Merit Report, scorecard, and dashboard creation and maintenance
    • System audits - rescinds, cost center audits, data changes, orphaned process monitoring, position cleanup
  • Escalate unresolved HR customer inquiries to COE or Business HR as needed
