Role Description:
As part of the Oak Street Health Technology team, you will work closely with the Sr. IT Program Manager to ensure that all internal communication is clear, consistent, and connected to our Oaky goals and values. You will also bring a measurement mindset to create and deliver compelling content that engages employees and strengthens the culture. Youâll use your excellent written and verbal communication skills to provide internal communications and project management support that informs Oakies about significant technology initiatives and support the businessâ change management efforts.
Core Responsibilities:

• Support communication efforts that enable the design, development, delivery and management of key technology deliverables.
• Support communications projects as assigned, including measurement, reporting, events and administrative duties.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure that internal communications are driving understanding of the technology roadmap, our employeesâ place in it, and how they can help us succeed.
• Assist with employee-focused events (i.e. Town Halls, Annual Meetings, etc.)
• Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure that internal communications are driving understanding of the company's plans, our employeesâ place in them, and how they can help the company succeed.
• Support onboarding campaigns to ensure new team members are fully immersed in our business objectives, how to be successful in Technology on Day 1, drive awareness, and feel supported.
• Support with deck development for senior leadership meetings, company-wide town halls, divisional all-hands meetings, executive committee meetings and more.

• Other duties as assigned.

What are we looking for?

• You have a bachelorâs degree in Communications OR equivalent experience in the field of Communications
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome
• You take accountability for results â" acting with integrity and honoring commitments
• Working knowledge of Google Suite products
• Project management skills
• Ability to work well with others and communicate effectively with people at all levels
• US work authorization
• Someone who embodies being â Oakyâ
