Position Description:
A blockbuster immunology brand team is looking for a talented and highly motivated individual to lead the execution of the omni-channel marketing plan. This role has it all, from developing HCP-facing video content to making channel trade-offs to optimize our digital marketing budget for Lilly's largest immunology brand. The successful candidate will have a great opportunity to make a significant impact on patients suffering from psoriasis.
Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy and Implementation (70%)
- Develop the dermatology omni-channel strategy including non-personal promotion (NPP) initiatives
- Partner with the Omnichannel team to design and implement tactics to carry the brand story across multiple channels to Health Care Professionals (HCPs). E.g. email, direct mail, HCP member
platforms(Medscape, ePocrates; etc), web/mobile, Veeva Approved Emails and other 3rd party vendors as relevant
- Tactic Assessment & Measurement Continually monitor engagement and customer feedback on tactics to identify areas to improve and optimize content within the various channel tactics. Aid in development of campaign/channel measurement plans and facilitate implementation.
- Drive continual improvement in content to maximize engagement and value for the customer.
Evaluate and communicate channel ROI analysis (30%)
- Tactic Development Prepare, Create, Approve: Responsible for deliverables, provide input on deliverable / project plans and on deliverable creation, verify appropriate functions have been consulted, ensure deliverables align with brand strategy, and escalate issues as needed
- Work effectively with cross functional partners (Medical, Legal, Regulatory, other) to have content and tactics approved in an efficient manner to hit in-market deadlines
- Facilitate salesforce input for key tactics
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree
- At least 2 years of relevant marketing experience
- Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. Lilly does not anticipate providing sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B or TN status) for this employment position.
Additional Skills/Preferences:• Digital / Direct marketing experience• Strong project management skills, experience with planning and execution of tactics across multiple channels• Ability to work within a team and as a strong team player
