We are seeking an Associate Implementation Engineer to join our team.
Job Summary
The Associate Implementation Engineer will work with customers and internal teams to implement, test, and support their use of the Imprivata FairWarning product. This team member will demonstrate a combination of top-notch customer service skills as well as software system support/scripting skills. You will identify areas that can be automated throughout the process and implement strategies to increase efficiency for both Imprivata and our customers. Candidates must be able to effectively multi-task and be comfortable wearing stepping outside their role to meet tight deadlines.
Duties and Responsibilities

• Document task status and completion using project tracking tools
• Set up server certificates
• Setup LDAP & Active Directory
• Create database tables
• Create table mapper programs to load and append data
• Perform quality assurance on data loaded
• Automate data loads
• Alert project manager to possible scope challenges, issues or change requests
• Effectively communicates with all levels of technical and non-technical personnel
• Ability to clearly explain technical issues and complex information to audiences of varying knowledge levels
• Identify opportunities to provide additional products, services or other resources to customers
• Work independently on large scale, complex projects
• Occasional travel to be expected; 10%-15%.

Required Qualifications

• Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Technical or Business discipline

• Experience:
  • Basic knowledge of SQL
  • Knowledge of Linux line commands and file structure
  • At least 1-year experience in a customer facing position
  • Proactive communication with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely project completion
  • Project management skills
  • Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, organization and multitasking skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of programming languages
  • Intermediate knowledge of relational databases architecture

• Certifications:
  • MySQL or Linux-based certification preferred

This position offers a s alary range of $60,000 to $90,000 (inclusive of variable compensation such as bonuses and incentives). In addition, more information about Imprivata's benefit offerings can be found here . This salary range represents the high and low end of Imprivata's salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors , such as a candidate's location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
