Arthrex is actively seeking an Associate Implementation Project Specialist who works directly with the Software Engineering and Field support teams within Arthrex to Lead the implementation of Synergy.net and Synergy Matrix integrated systems, as well as the installation and maintenance of Arthrex visualization equipment and software for designated clients. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage the assigned projects.
• Provide performance summary reports on project implementations to leadership members.
• Develop and use expert knowledge to influence decision-making to advance projects or tasks.
• Assist with training team members on technical applications and help grow team expertise.
• Develop and implement effective/strategic project schedules by working with Project Supervisor and Client.
• Conduct and provide assessment and tracking of project or client scope of work requirements for an assigned project focusing on project goals.
• Execute the investigation, planning, communication, and implementation of solutions for the project primarily through the application of technology and project management methodologies.
• Support end-user training as needed.
• Develops and maintains a productive working relationship with project sponsors and key stakeholders
• Responsible for software deployment, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware, software, or other network and system problems, and replacing defective components when necessary
• Configure and test computer hardware, networking, and operating system software.
• Communicating with people outside the organization, representing the organization to customers and other external sources. This information can be exchanged in person, in writing, or by telephone or e-mail.
• Performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork, and/or updating DHR documents
• Assist with the creation and maintenance of the Synergy integration playbooks & installation guides
• Assist with software verification and validation testing
• Host and conduct online training and demos
• Assist with the design and implementation process of all Synergy Integration solutions
• Perform and assist with customer's technical, security, and software audits
• Provide support and serve as subject matter expert on Synergy Integration solutions to global team
• Provide services after business hours and weekends
• Travel up to 50%

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Electronics Engineering preferred.

1 year of experience in system implementation preferred.

Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server is required.

Knowledge of Networking Routers/Switches/VLANs is required.

Knowledge of HL7 preferred.

Knowledge of Fiberoptic encoder/decoder devices preferred.

Project Management experience preferred.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and Training:

Working knowledge of audio/visual electronic systems.

Manage the scope and phasing of projects; forecasting and estimating efforts to ensure that customer expectations on delivery timeframes are effectively balanced

Manage implementation process changes, including training curriculum and the development of communications for internal and external customer audiences

Machine, Tools, and Equipment Skills:

Video, Audio Visual, and Digital Documentation Devices. Proficiency with MS Office.
