Minimum Qualifications
  • 2 years of experience in information architecture and/or similar field
  • Bachelor's technical communication, content management
  • Knowledge of Adobe XD or other relevant UX design tools
  • Knowledge of content modeling


Preferred Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience in a UX role completing information architecture-related activities such as site maps, taxonomies and concept maps
  • Understanding of the mortgage or financial services industry (fintech)
  • Demonstrated ability in storytelling and presenting


Job Summary

The Associate Information Architect is responsible for the overall structure and consistency of all information within the product. The Associate Information Architect maintains content models, updates the structure of information based on usage, develops the relationships among content and ensures it is searchable and maintained.

Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain content models for the product
  • Map relationships of information across the product
  • Assist with developing strategies for content throughout the product
  • Research user needs and update structures when applicable
  • Assist with creating the connection between the taxonomy, search results and search models
