Associate Insurance Advisor

About the role.
The PURE Advisors team is instrumental in the delivery of PURE's promise of exceptional service to prospective and active members alike. Â The Associate Insurance Advisor helps to screen prospects, provides prospects with a positive introduction to PURE, and advances prospects through the quoting process. They also assist in new quotes for existing PURE Advisors members. Â For this Associate Insurance Advisor opening, the Scottsdale office location is the preferred location with adherence to a hybrid work schedule.
What you’ll do.
- Educate prospective members about PURE’s unique value proposition
- Prequalify leads produced through corporate marketing and referrals and assist with distributing leads to the Insurance Advisors
- Prepare quotes for customized insurance proposals and service offerings that reflect coverage needs of the prospective Member’s property and liability exposures in partnership with the Insurance Advisors
- Understand and explain PURE’s coverage, and underwriting differences in all active states and territories
- Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining and documenting customer files in Salesforce
- Handle a high volume of calls on a daily basis
- Support departmental initiatives to provide exceptional, personalized, service to our prospective members
- Seek Insurance License after 6 months in the role
What we’re looking for.
To be successful in this role, it is preferred that you have:
- A minimum of 1 years of experience in customer service in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
- A passion for customer service and a sense of fulfillment from finding solutions in real-time over the phone, or communicating via email.

The base salary for this role can range from $54k-$6k, based on a full-time work schedule. An individual’s ultimate compensation will vary depending on job-related skills and experience, geographic location, alignment with market data, and equity among other team members with comparable experience.
